Adventure Park Forlì

Tree-based adventure park built in the municipality of Forlì

The setting

Within the New Ronco Lido Multi-purpose Sports Complex in Forlì, a cutting-edge hub destined to revolutionize city sports and leisure, the Municipality of Forlì promoted a major strategic intervention financed through PNRR funds. The project presented an extreme logistical and temporal challenge: the imminent expiration of the funding call imposed extremely strict execution times. For the creation of the new high emotional impact adventure park, the main contracting company chose us as a specialized technical partner under a subcontracting regime. We were selected not only for our proven field experience but above all for holding the fundamental SOA OS 24 (Category I) and OS 32 (Category II) certifications, which are essential requirements for operating at the highest levels in public construction sites. The project required the creation of an equipped area with 32 suspended acrobatic elements, carefully designed to accommodate a diverse audience: from beginners and children, up to adults and sports enthusiasts looking for adrenaline.

Our solution

To meet this complex challenge, we deployed our full ability to interact smoothly with the Public Administration and the works management. By fielding a true operational task force and adopting a highly engineered construction site workflow, we accomplished a real feat in our sector: the adventure park was entirely built, set up, and delivered in just two weeks. The courses were designed with a modular layout and progressive difficulty levels. The 32 elements alternate between Tibetan bridges, climbing nets, lianas, and dynamic zip lines, ensuring maximum fun for all ages. Given the importance of the public context and the constraints tied to PNRR funds, we exclusively used top-quality, eco-sustainable materials, installing state-of-the-art safety systems with a continuous lifeline, which eliminates any risk of accidental unhooking. Beyond the rapid and flawless execution on-site, our documentary support and regulatory expertise allowed the main contractor and the Municipality of Forlì to close the testing and funding procedures perfectly on time, without the slightest bureaucratic hitch. The result is a public recreational-sports infrastructure of excellence, safe, and with a great visual impact. Today, it vastly enhances the Ronco Lido sports complex, making Forlì a landmark destination in Romagna for active tourism, families, and outdoor enthusiasts.
